LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development)
Join our LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) sessions and watch your athletes grow stronger, faster, and more confident in a fun and supportive environment.
Designed to build strong, confident, and injury-resilient young athletes, our program uses age-appropriate training to help them move better, play better, and stay healthy for life.

Technique coaching to protect growing bodies and prevent injury

These four principles stay the same from Mini to Senior, with each stage evolving to meet the athlete’s needs.
LTAD Classes
Our LTAD pathway is designed to grow with your athlete supporting every stage of development from playful foundations to peak performance.
Mini (Ages 5–9)
Fun, game-based sessions that build agility, coordination, and confidence.
Junior (Ages 9–13)
Refining speed, agility, and jumping technique with an introduction to gym equipment.
Senior (Ages 14–19):
Periodised, professional strength and conditioning focused on performance optimisation.
