Introduction
Our First Aid courses are specifically designed to meet the needs of coaches and volunteers working in schools or sporting environments. This 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course focuses on important first aid skills and applies them in a sporting context. The course equips candidates with the knowledge and skills required to deal with a range of first aid scenarios, ranging from minor sporting injuries to life threatening conditions. There is a focus on the types of scenarios which may occur in a sporting environment. By the end of the course the candidates will confidently be able to assess a scenario and select and apply appropriate first aid skills.
