Pre & Post Natal Pilates Questions

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a structured form of exercise focused on coordination, controlled movement, and body awareness. It is highly effective for improving core stability, building strength, and addressing muscular imbalances.

Clients often benefit from improvements in posture, balance, flexibility, mobility, and long-term management of issues such as chronic lower-back pain. Pilates is widely used across client groups including general fitness, rehabilitation, athletes, and dancers.

This low-impact method supports recovery from injuries, forms part of performance training, or simply helps maintain a healthy, functional body. Whether you’re rehabilitating, pregnant, post-natal, or looking to improve general well-being, we can tailor the programme to your needs.
