New to training or returning to the gym? Prime Fundamentals is the perfect place to start. This class helps you get comfortable with gym equipment, learn correct form, and build confidence in your movement.

With guided support from our experienced coaches, you’ll develop strength, mobility, and technique in a friendly, small group setting.

Power Core

The ultimate 90-minute fusion of strength, sweat, and stability.

This class combines high-energy conditioning with the core-strengthening benefits of Mat Pilates giving you the best of both worlds in one powerful session.

You can choose the sequence that suits you best: start with Mat Pilates to activate your core before conditioning, or flip it and finish strong on the mat.

This 90-minute class is a true full-body challenge designed to build strength, improve stability, and leave you feeling energised and unstoppable. Definitely a must-try!
