Our adult sessions are all about creating a relaxed evening for you to get together with friends and learn how to create tasty, nutritious food. We currently offer three workshops which are rotated throughout the year:
Health at every size: This workshop is focused on learning different ways to prepare food which meet the needs of body’s of different sizes and shapes. Whether you want to boost your calorie intake or decrease it we can show you how to create delicious food which puts health first.
Sports performance: Nutrition is key to recovering from a hard training session or event. Come along to learn practical tips for creating tasty, energizing foods that you can eat on the go.
Veganism 101: The need to reduce our meat consumption is something that more of us are aware of and wanting to do something about. But do you know what some of the risks of cutting out meat products are? Would you like to be able to create tasty plant-based food for the whole family? This workshop will give you everything you need to know to start creating delicious meat free meals.
Whether you want to eat well for a specific medical condition or improve your relationship with food, consulting a professional will give you the reassurance that you are making the right choices.
